Today, as artisan bakeries and home bakers revive traditional methods, the importance of bread endures, representing community, tradition, and the simple pleasure of sharing a wholesome meal.

Join us to learn the secrets of crafting a selection of delicious, freshly baked breads from scratch accompanied by your own handmade butter. From kneading to shaping and baking, our expert instructors will guide students through every step.

The history and cultural significance of Bread,

How wheat is grown, harvested and processed for flour,

Different Bread varieties,

Different Yeast varieties,

Handmade Butter,

No-Waste recipes using leftover bread

Comprehensive recipe sheets,

Tasters available throughout the session.

Notes:

Workshop limited to approx. 25 students per session,

School must have an oven,

All other equipment is provided by FEAST.
